ClaimLimit

Privacy

ClaimLimit is a static reference website. We publish public court limit and fee information as plain tables; we do not run accounts, we do not ask you to submit a case, and we do not store any personal details about your dispute. This policy explains what little data the site touches and the choices available to you.

Cookies we use

We use a minimal, privacy-friendly analytics cookie to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are read and in what broad region. This cookie does not identify you by name and is not used to build an advertising profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the reference tables will still work.

Third-party vendors

If advertising is enabled on the site, ads are served by third-party advertising vendors, including Google. Those vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Google DoubleClick and advertising cookies

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads. You can opt out of the DoubleClick cookie by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. The DoubleClick cookie and other advertising cookies are used only to measure ad performance and to limit how often you see a given ad, not to identify you personally.

Personalized advertising and how to opt out

You may opt out of personalized advertising. Besides Google’s Ads Settings, you can visit aboutads.info to exercise choices with participating companies. Disabling personalization does not stop ads from appearing; it only stops them from being tailored to your browsing history.

Data we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, address, case details, or payment information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not combine our analytics with any identity you might have elsewhere, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Email you send us

If you contact us by email, we use your message only to answer it. We do not add your address to a marketing list, and we delete correspondence once the question is resolved unless a longer retention is required to act on a reported correction.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The content is reference material intended for adults handling a legal or consumer question.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date on it. Because the site stores no personal accounts, we have no separate notice channel; the current text on this page is always the operative policy.

Your choices in brief

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time, opt out of personalized advertising through the links above, and email us with any concern. None of these choices affect your ability to read the reference tables, which are plain static pages that work without any tracking at all.
